About The Author

Troy E. Smith currently resides in Trinidad and Tobago, where he has worked in the Ministry of National Security for the last six years. While at the Ministry of National Security Smith has worked in Analysis and Operations Security, writing at the operational and strategic levels. Smith has also served in a number of operation centres and planning committees. He is currently preparing to write his thesis for the Masters Degree in Intelligence Studies with a specialization in Collection at the American Military University.
