My name is William I have grad degree in Political Science FAU, here in Boca Raton, Florida. My interests are the Middle East and Human Rights. I am also interested in Africa and N Go's. I have a manuscript entitled Human Rights Theory, N Go's and Congressional Resolutions As A Response to NGO Activism currently under review for publication. It is around 16,000 words and is compilation of 3+ years of research which culminated in 2005.
