William F. Owen (Wilf) is a co-founder and the Editor of Infinity Journal. Wilf is a military technology writer and theorist currently pursuing a Masters by Research at Cranfield Defence and Security, part of the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. He speaks and presents to military audiences on a wide range of subjects, including among others, the Royal Thai Army Counter Insurgency Conference, Bangkok 2006, Australian Army Land Warfare Conference, Brisbane 2007, Israeli Air Force Annual Conference 2010, International Conference on Democracies and the Right of Self-Defence 2011, and the U.S. Army War College's Annual Strategy Conference 2012 Wilf has served in both regular and reserve units of the British Army.
